TPx customers in the greater Los Angeles area are experiencing service interruptions. Our investigation has correlated these issues with the Frontier Network.
According to the latest update from the service provider, field technicians located a burnt fiber cable damaged by downed power lines. Repair crews are currently mobilizing to perform a cable throw. A firm Estimated Time to Repair (ETTR) is pending. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
